Shaun Davenport is our hero of October, having been nominated by our Head of Human Resources, Marie Sandler.
Shaun has been nominated following his huge effort and hard work integrating a large intake of new members GB Energy sales team. As the only Sales Team Leader Shaun has managed to support the growth of the inbound team, and has successfully led the trial for the outbound sales team. Shaun also took the lead for all of the GB Energy incentives throughout October. Furthermore he successfully co-ordinated a great Halloween activity day that was fun and lively and supported our charity of the year Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice.
When putting him forward for the nomination Marie said, “The Halloween Spooktacular was a fun and successful day, and I believe Shaun went above and beyond his day job to ensure that it was a fun and outstanding day for all.”
