At DDC OS, we use awards to gauge our performance, taking onboard feedback that is used directly in our operation to drive improvements. Performing at an industry-leading level is always the aim. Recognising our collaboration with Photobox, we were delighted to take home the Retail Project of the Year Award at the Global Sourcing Association Awards. Yet another award-winning night for this campaign.

A very proud moment for the UK team at DDC OS as we received this special recognition award for our continued growth and investment in the British outsourcing market. As winners of Best of British, our teams from Scotland, Worksop, Birmingham, Corby, and beyond are all acknowledged for their performance.

We were delighted to take home the silver award for Outsourcing Partnership of the Year at the UK Contact Centre Forum Awards in November 2023 along with Utility Warehouse. Recognising the team's remarkable flexibility and commitment to continuous improvement.

A big shoutout to Shaun Rickards from our IT team, who took how the Bronze Award in the Support Person of the Year category. Shaun is a perfect example of an individual who represents the values of DDC.

In a successful night, Chloe Rhodes completed a hattrick of awards as she took home a High Commendation in the Team Leader of the Year category. Chloe’s journey with us has been a shining example of how we focus on career development here at DDC.

Another night to remember at the European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards. We were delighted to be finalists in two categories, including Outsourced Contact Centre of the Year and BPO Partnership of the Year.

We were delighted to take home the silver award for Best Multilingual Customer Service with our client Boohoo. Working across international markets in multiple languages is fundamental to our offering, so we are honoured by the recognition.

Another silver in the bag at the ECCCSA’s as we, alongside Photobox, took home the award for Best BPO Partnership Large. This is another feather in the cap for this team, who have been delivering excellence since day one.

In the penultimate award of the evening, Best Pan European Contact Centre, whilst not taking home silverware, we did receive a High Commendation – the only shortlisted business to receive it in the category.
