1980
1989

Established

Jan and Brett Trevalyan, and Jerry Petilla established Direct Data Capture Ltd. with sales offices in New York and the UK and with operational facilities in the Philippines.

2003

Expanded to onshore

A US-based production facility was created, expanding our offering from offshore only to include onshore.

2006

ESTABLISHED UK OPERATION

The DDC Group, in partnership with CGF Marketing Services (Colin Grey & Grant Findlay), established a UK operation to enhance our service portfolio.

2012

MAJOR GROWTH

The US operation forms a Freight Processing specialist division, recognising our growth in that sector.

DDC MLS

DDC MLS was established as our unique multilingual service branch, based in Sarajevo, Bosnia & Herzegovina.

OUR 30TH BRITHDAY

The DDC Group celebrated its 30th anniversary.

EXPANSION

Banja Luka, Bosnia & Herzegovina, became the latest operational location, expanding the nearshore MLS footprint.

Onwards

New offices were opened in Belgrade, Serbia, to support the ongoing growth of the Group’s nearshore delivery.
