This month there has been a tie for the hero of January with two sets of people being nominated. Our first hero is Rachel Sear who was nominated by one of our Client Relationship Managers Rebecca Bolger. Our other heroes are Jane Dickenson, Sarah Savage and Anna Watson, who were nominated by one of their colleagues, Luke Neeve.
Rachel has been the operational lead for two housing association clients, and has coordinated deliveries, resources required and ensured quality SLAs. She was nominated because she has gone the extra mile to ensure that the clients needs were met, working extra hours and processing herself when timelines were tight. Rachel has received amazing feedback from both clients, who commented on her professionalism, attention to detail, and her commitment to their projects.
While nominating Rachel, Rebecca said, “It has been a pleasure to work with Rachel, the feedback I’ve received from both clients about Rachel, and the service they’ve experienced, was overwhelming; I am looking forward to working closely with Rachel in the future.
Jane Dickenson, Sarah Savage and Anna Watson, who are all part of the data capture team, were all nominated for their hard work and contribution with the integration of a recent project. Although the whole of the data capture team have worked hard throughout this project, Jane, Sarah and Anna have really helped new team members, by sitting with them regularly to go through issues they may have and coaching them.
