Congratulations to Larisa Rosca who has been awarded the Hero of the Month for June.
Rachel Sear & Luke Neeve nominated Larisa as she recently undertook intense training to understand the process of one of our more difficult client projects to enable her to cover the query response side of the job whilst the Project Coordinator was on vacation. This included daily correspondence with the clients and even showing them around the workstation in person. Whilst covering this role Larisa cleared a higher number of queries than anticipated, displaying her work ethic and ability to learn on the job.
Luke Neeve particularly wanted to nominate her with the following statement: “She has maintained system processes, created and shared reports and ensured that all areas of the business are content in the work that is being done by the whole team. She has truly gone above and beyond and proven to be a valuable member of the DDC OS team and the clients team.”
