This month’s winner is Cheryl Brown after being nominated for her tireless efforts throughout April which were appreciated by Marie Sandler and Rachel Sear who nominated her. With a recent project requiring extensive recruitment Marie was keen to note that Cheryl had; “gone over and above by working late in the evening and on weekends to ensure the team had the right number of skilled colleagues.”
To support this recruitment process Cheryl created a data capture test which fashioned a more efficient system. This saved time as we no longer needed to do in-house speed tests as these were done at an agency level, ensuring staff were of an adequate level to maintain the high standards of the project.
Rachel had some glowing words which exemplify why Cheryl deserves this award; “It’s been no easy task for Cheryl to not only recruit the staff I have needed but also to react to my requests when the volumes have changed drastically on a day to day basis. The requirements for staff have fluctuated constantly and Cheryl has reacted as fast as possible to instruct agencies, place adverts as well as conduct inductions at extremely short notice.”
