Our latest DDC Heroes have been chosen, all have displayed the values that are important to us here at DDC OS. Well done to all that received nominations and particularly to our winners below…
In 1st Place – Rachel Sear
After cutting her holiday short, flying back from Tenerife in order to support a business-critical project, Rachel understandably received a number of nominations. This really does go over and above and we all certainly appreciate the hard work and extra hours Rachel put in during this time. Congratulations, you deserve a holiday!
2nd Place – Will Pike
Will has shown great commitment in recent times, taking on extra work and responsibility to support his team. He has performed to a high level that has been noted by many. Will has played a big part in us not only hitting, but beating our targets. Thanks for all the hard work Will.
In 3rd place – A Customer Lifecycle Team
Often, it’s a team effort that leads to our success and that is certainly the case here. After a difficult start the team have been smashing their targets but most notably they all performed exceptionally during a recent audit. Big congratulations to all involved.
