We are delighted to announce our latest DDC Heroes! We have three highly deserving team members to commend as well as a couple of extra people to thank.

1st – Adrian Hewitt.
Adrian has set the standard this quarter, with 6 nominations received it is clear that his colleagues have seen his hero like work ethic! The nominations discussed Adrian’s willingness to support new starters, both before and after his own shift.
On top of this, he has continued to show great promise whilst completing his Team Leader qualification. Well done Adrian and thank you.
2nd – Ashley Parker
Ashley approached her manager asking for advice and opportunities to improve, a true sign of ambition. Since then she has shown fantastic personal growth, increased confidence & enthusiasm. Her performance has been excellent, learning new operations and taking on more responsibility. The improvements have been noted by many. Keep it up, Ashley!
3rd – Matt Berry
During a time of technical difficulties with the internal servers, Matt put in many extra hours, especially over the weekend. This kept disruption at a minimum for all, despite his lack of sleep he didn’t complain! We appreciate your commitment, Matt.

Customer Hero – Oliver Leary
Oliver repeatedly receives glowing feedback from key clients, his growth has been both quick and impressive. Recently he was short-listed for the GSA Rising Star Award, a fine achievement and well deserved!
Special Mention – Kerry Way
This special mention goes to Kerry, who showed fantastic dedication to his role. Making an 8-hour round trip to deal with a sensitive family problem, ensuring not to miss any training. A great example of commitment.
