Here at DDC OS, we are always looking at ways to reward our team for their hard work and dedication. As many of you hopefully know we have been running the DDC Heroes scheme for several years, but we are always looking at ways to improve the scheme.
Early this year we once again improved the Heroes scheme to work better for our amazing team. Relaunching in April, we have gone on to announce all of our Q2 winners so far.
This blog is our chance to shine some light on their achievements and we can’t wait to share more as the year goes on.
April – Jayne Humphreys
Although not a Team Leader, Jayne was asked to step up and fulfil the responsibilities of one. Training and supporting 5 new team members with great care and knowledge. She was commended by many within the business for how she handled the situation.
May – Lewis Richardson
Glowing feedback was common for Lewis throughout May. Taking on new responsibilities in a client-facing environment, he truly earnt his hero’s status with added value and great communication.
June – The Finance Team
Audits are no fun for anyone, particularly the finance team. After working every hour available to prepare, the finance team were most definitely worthy of their Hero status. Get some well-earned rest team - at the weekend!
Great work from all our heroes so far, we can’t wait to see all the great work still to come later this year.
