In 1st Place
Chloe Rhodes & Jordan Humphries
Chloe and Jordan stepped up to help the training team at a time support was urgent. Both embraced their first experience of training with determination and excitement. This was evident to the team members they were training – we received glowing feedback-. Thank you to both Chloe and Jordan for your adaptable approach, creating an enjoyable, informative training programme.
In 2nd Place
A re-occurring theme with our Heroes as another display of adaptability and facing a new challenge with a positive outlook. Lotti covered reception for 2 weeks which is a daunting task, being placed in a client facing environment with little experience. She performed fantastically well, always with a smile on her face. Thank you, Lotti.
In 3rd Place
We are always delighted to see our team members develop, and, Ciaran really has come on leaps and bounds lately. His colleagues have been keen to point out his positive attitude and willingness to help. After a challenging start, it`s great to see such commitment to his team and DDC. Thank you, Ciaran.
