As 2018 winds down and we set our sights on 2019, it’s time to announce the final DDC Heroes of the year. As always it has been a pleasure to reward all of your hard work and we can’t wait to share some new employee enrichment schemes set to follow in 2019.

So, our winners… 

In 1st Place – Michelle Atkinson

Mainly based in the data capture team, Michelle recently was part of a team that supported one of our utility projects, a big change in the style of work. A number of people noted the positive impact Michelle had on her wider team. Not only taking on the role but also training her colleagues, upskilling the whole team. Coupled with a great work ethic, Michelle really stood out as a hero. 

In 2nd Place – Eilish Egerton

Consistency is key in many walks of life and Eilish has certainly displayed this recently. She made an amazing 14 100% calls – 10 in a row! – a great achievement. The management team have noted her reliability and her exemplary attitude. 

In 3rd Place – Diane Hobson

Diane received a number of nominations from her team for displaying our ELITE values. Everybody noted Diane’s amazing work ethic, always wanting to go that extra mile. She is seen as a fountain of knowledge to the contact centre team and is always happy to share that knowledge to support her co-workers.  

A huge thank you, not only to our winners but to the whole team for making this year such a success.
