DDC Outsourcing Solutions, specialists in a range of BPO and KPO services has announced the appointment of Ray Cooper as Client Relationship Director. Ray has a wealth of experience within Client Relationship Management and has held senior positions within the EDM Group, Iron Mountain and Elision. His knowledge and expertise will be invaluable to DDC OS as they continue to grow and develop.

Ray will manage the current CRM team and ensure they have the required support and sense of direction needed to maintain the standard of customer care required at DDC OS.
DDC OS are revelling in the SME space, and proving to be a solid alternative to some of the outsourcing giants. As part of this move forwards, they are growing talent from within through training and mentoring, but also bringing experience as demonstrated by Ray’s appointment.
