Grant Brown and Michael Tindall have been true Super Heroes this month.
Unfortunately, we had some issues with the staff toilets and needed to call out an emergency plumber. Sadly, the plumber was unable to resolve the issue without arranging to come back a full week later (leaving the toilets flooding) and advised that part of the wall would need to be removed. Grant and Michael assessed the situation and with the use of specialist equipment and hard work decided to solve the issue. This led to direct cost savings and avoided extensive closure of staff toilets.
We felt this was far above anything required by them, and due to this, we have seen it only fit to award them the first ever DDC OS Superhero award!
