We are delighted to announce our first DDC Heroes for 2018!
1st Place – Josh Tait
Josh has been supporting training for a key client, showing real dedication to the cause. So much so that he gave up his vacation to support the client’s needs. Despite having events booked Josh didn’t hesitate in giving up his time. Whilst we don’t encourage this, as we all need a break, we appreciate Josh’s willingness to support the team and the project in general.
Thank you for your work so far Josh, it’s truly appreciated.
2nd Place Jonathan Shooter
Jonathan really stepped up recently, covering warehouse duties. He handled all of the responsibilities and proactively found work to ensure he delivered without any supervision. His colleagues have been keen to note that nothing is too much trouble for him. Jonathan has remained incredibly polite and friendly throughout and has been a credit to himself and DDC. Your colleagues wanted to say a big thank you, Jonathan, as do we! Congratulations.
3rd Charity Team
A recent client project came with an extremely tight deadline. The client required us to validate gift aid declarations which would allow them to make a gift aid claim which sees 25p in every £1 go to the charity in addition to the supporter’s original donations.
In order to achieve the charity’s targets, we required the team to work late or cover weekend shifts, and we were delighted with the number of willing team members. They helped us work through the large volumes of images and they did an amazing job! The client has given some tremendous feedback and asked us to pass on their special thanks to the team. This has also led to an ongoing requirement and a recommendation from the gift aid consultant to another charity. Well done and thank you to each and every one of you!
