Executive Team

John Callachan,
Managing Director

Responsible for the strategic direction of the business, John ensures that the services provided by DDC OS and the manner in which they are delivered, exceed client expectations. He has worked in the BPO sector for over 20 years, and joined the DDC Group in 2003. John manages a broad sector portfolio and has significant experience in leading multi-million pound BPO and KPO projects. He has a proven track record of bespoke process design, onshore, offshore and near-shore.

John's ability to assess a project from all business aspects, including commercial, process related and strategic, is what earned him the prestigious Strategic Leader of the Year award in 2016 by the GSA (then NOA). He also appears on the GSA A-List.

Simon Keeler,
Operations Director

Simon brings a breadth of experience to DDC OS with over 20 years’ in BPO and Operations Management, in both Blue Chip companies and SMEs across many different sectors. Simon is responsible for the operational side of the business including Back Office, Customer Lifecycle, and IT.

Senior Management Team

Ray Cooper,
Client Relationship Director

Ray has extensive experience in the BPO sector and held a number of senior executive roles since 1990. Ray has designed and delivered many multi-million-pound strategic digital transformation solutions to government agencies and large corporations. Ray manages our Client Relationship Management team and his proven client focused experience is a significant asset for DDC OS.

Neil Kirkland,
Service Centre Director

Neil has 30 years' experience working in customer service roles. For the past 12 years he has worked in outsourcing on both public and private sector contracts successfully supporting FTSE 100 insurance companies and retail businesses in their interactions with customers. Neil is responsible for the service centre operations and ensuring our clients customers receive the highest possible levels of service.

Chrissie Spencer,
Head of Group Marketing

Chrissie brings a wealth of experience to DDC OS with nearly 20 years in Marketing. After starting her career with Hewlett Packard, she became a director at an outsourced marketing agency for 10 years, providing marketing strategy and services for businesses from all sectors. Chrissie is responsible for the marketing and brand strategy of DDC OS and indeed the DDC Group, ensuring our brand reputation grows globally.

Marie Sandler,
HR Director

Marie has 15 years of experience in Human Resource, and has managed the HR function for businesses in various industries, such as construction, logistics, and the energy sector. During her various roles she has managed projects on organisational restructures, compliance, and engagement.

Gerard Cahill,
Financial Controller

A graduate in Financial Economics and a member of ACCA, Gerard has a wealth of experience working for Global Organisations Including Specsavers & Capital One. Gerard joined DDC OS as Financial Controller in Feb 2016 and is responsible for managing all aspects of Finance on behalf of the group.

Management Team

Robert Norman,
Client Relationship Manager

Robert has worked in the BPO sector since the late 1990s and joined DDC OS in 2005 after spending time with a range of partners in the public, private and charity sectors. He is accredited in Prince2 (the UK standard in project management) and APM project management techniques as well as holding certificates in NEBS Management Supervisory Skills.

Nicola Hopkins,
Client Relationship Manager

Nicola has many years of experience in the outsourcing industry with a key focus on data capture and fulfilment. Twelve of those years have been in account management, during which time Nicola has worked with blue chip clients in a variety of sectors. Nicola’s key focus going forward is identifying and implementing continual improvement to provide the most cost effective outsourced solutions.

Rebecca Bolger,
Client Relationship Manager

Rebecca has 5 years' experience as an account manager working within business support services. She has worked with many large national corporate companies in a variety of sectors. Before this she held a training role within the leading UK telecommunications company. Rebecca prides herself on putting customer service at the forefront of everything she does, ensuring that her customers' needs are met and in most cases exceeded.

Claire Elliott,
Client Relationship Manager

Claire supports our Head of Charity Client relations in the growing charity side of the business. Claire has previously worked as an Account Manager for 3 years looking after 200 clients from a variety of different sectors including, resellers, solution providers, government, education, and charities. Claire believes that building strong client relationships are the key to remaining a proactive partner for their businesses.

David Parkes,
Project Manager

David has many years of experience in leading BPO projects in the financial, government, and charity sector. David has worked on a broad and diverse set of projects; ranging from client-facing B2B transitions through to in-house upgrades of operational functionality. He has vast experience of projects involving high volumes of data and images in an IT-led work flow environment.

Kaye Weston,
Project Manager

Having worked in the Outsourcing Industry for many years, Kaye is a specialist in Customer Satisfaction, Insight, Quality, Continuous Improvement and Project Management. Kaye has experience working in various industries, working on a number of projects such as improving the customer’s journey and contact centre’s efficiency.

Darren Hill,
Operations General Manager

Darren has 18 years' experience working within the outsourcing industry for a number of different companies, including large companies as well as SME's. He has built up his knowledge and understanding by working at all levels. In the past he has managed a varied client base including local authorities, charities, and private sector companies.

Rachel Sear,
BPO Operations Manager

Rachel joined DDC OS in 2012 after graduating from University. She has quickly gained a wide understanding of Operational Management and is responsible for the day-to-day running of the digital mailroom, including onshore data capture, scanning and response handling. Rachel prides herself in building and implementing efficient and effective processes that exceed client expectations and requirements.

Marc Cameron,
Customer Service Manager

Marc comes with a wealth of experience in providing outsourced inbound customer service solutions, as well as tailored outbound lead generation and back office campaigns. Marc is passionate about maintaining customer brand philosophies whilst offering a world class customer service solution. He is strategic in using processes and robust systems to consistently improve our contact centre offering.
